If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please read our returns policy and conditions carefully to ensure you are eligible to return your purchase and receive a store credit.

If you have met conditions simply click the link below to begin your return. You will need your order number and email address that was used to place the order.


 Returning using our portal is quick and easy! Simply, follow the steps below:

  1. Head to our returns portal link above
  2. Fill in form to begin your return then follow the prompts.
  3. Feel free to repack your items back in the original packaging. 
  4. Once form is submitted you can send your parcel.
  5. Write our address on the bag and visit your local post office to arrange postage.
  6. Once your return is in transit, it will take 2 - 3 days for your store credit to be processed. *Please note original shipping costs are non-refundable

*We do not currently provide return shipping labels.

Change of Mind or Wrong Size

If you have changed your mind or have ordered a wrong size we can offer you a store credit or exchange if: 

  • The garment has not been worn, altered and/or washed and is in pristine condition.
  • The garment has not been damaged whilst in the customer's possession or during the return delivery.
  • The customer has proof of the garment purchase.
  • The original labels and swing tags are attached to the garment.

Please note: the presence of any fake tan, makeup or other marks and the presence of the smell of cosmetics, perfume, deodorant, washing powder or other product and odours on the garment are considered damaged. 

We have the right to refuse the return of any item showing signs of damage and will complete a thorough inspection to determine if a garment is in pristine condition as required.

Faulty Products

We will offer a refund, store credit or an exchange (subject to availability) on any item purchased from Love Bonnie if the garment has a genuine manufacturing fault.

We are more than happy to work with you to resolve the issue. If you would like an exchange and the item is not available we can either offer a refund, credit or we can let you know if we will reorder and place a backorder for you to the best of our ability. Refunds will be credited back to the original card or account used at time of purchase. 

We ask to be notified of any faults within 7 days. Please contact us and include your order number, details of the fault and any photos you can provide.

Emails can be sent directly to or via our returns portal.

Conditions for Returns

You must complete the returns form in the Returns Portal prior to sending your return items.

We must be in possession of the returned item before crediting so we are able to complete a proper inspection.

We do not accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged by your courier when being returned to us. We recommend you keep a copy of your couriers tracking number for your follow up.

We aim to process your return and send your credit note within 2-3 working days of receiving and inspecting your returned item.

If your return does not meet our requirements being either faulty or if your returned goods are assessed as having been worn, damaged, altered, tags removed, or otherwise returned outside of the returns timeframe, we will notify you of this assessment and the goods will be returned to you or we can discuss an alternative solution.

  • Please note for health reasons and personal hygiene earrings are not eligible for returns.
  • Specific SALE items are NOT eligible for returns so please check with us if you are unsure about your purchase or return.

All goods must arrive back to us in their original condition. Any goods that have been damaged or altered from their original condition are not eligible for return.
